Click on the Support Desk menu item at the top of the page.

By clicking on the Support Desk menu item, you will be able to have access to all of the tickets you and your company have opened up, view the ones that are closed as well as open up a new ticket.

New Issue: Use this to open a new ticket to report an issue.

Open Support Tickets: This tab will show you all of the tickets that have been opened within your organization.

Closed Support Tickets: This tab will let you view all of the support tickets that have been closed out.

Closed Monitoring Tickets: This tab will allow you to view all of the tickets that have been closed out for monitoring.
