Scheduled tickets are tickets that are set for a certain date. These can repeat every week, month, year or can be a one time ticket. You can see what tickets are scheduled by clicking on the “Reporting” tab and on the dropdown menu click on “Scheduled Tickets.”

The “Scheduled Tickets” page will look like the image below. If you have ticket’s that are scheduled, they will be listed here.
